Everybody remembers the catastrophe brought forth by the Great East-Japan Earthquake in 2011, the loss of human lives was a tragedy that haunted us all, yet it was not the only tragedy that Japanese faced in the aftermath. Pioneering on this road, we realized its strong potential and switched to a completely remote-oriented organizational structure in 2016.
