This range perfectly suits the current and feature needs. The service provider solution of Ezvoicetek is a 64 bits software running under any off-the-shelf Linux server. Ezvoicetek’s IP contact center solution delivers a full-featured, multilingual, multi-tenant contact center architecture. With the use of built-in HTTP URL screen popup and integrated CTI Agent Desktop, a system integrator can easily link with the CRM or back-end database without identifying CTI agent API. The CTI Agent Desktop can be run under any browsers and OS, including Linux, Mac, Windows, Android, and the like. The full range of enterprise inclusive of IPV4+V6 dull VoIP system, it is possible to start with a small IP-PBX and gradually grow into a big IP Contact Center without any trouble.
